My client is a leading experience management (XM) software company who was struggling to find Spanish transcreators that would also be well-versed in marketing and SaaS as sector specialisms. This high-visibility SaaS brand did already have a Spanish Marketing Localization provider, but they were unhappy with the poor literal translations they were getting from them.
Solution
Since 2017, I’ve been the transcreation lead for Latin American Spanish transcreation and website localization projects for this XM brand. More recently, I was entrusted with: Transcreating and reviewing multiple CX / EX web page copies, product page messages, and ebooks from US English to LATAM Spanish.
Adhering to legacy terminology and the master glossary for LATAM Spanish, while keeping a close eye on the English live pages and the original ebooks in PDF format, for visual reference and consistent compliance with character limits.
